Welcome to UNICORN Experts, I am excited (how could I not be?) to meet you here on our company’s website. My name is Tatiana Lazareva and I am the Principal at Unicorn Experts. I’ve always dreamed about turning my passion into a meaningful career and I’m happy to say that I’ve been living my dream since 2017 serving as a Supply Chain Recruitment Consultant. I’ve worked in Supply Chain for CPG, retail, fashion and B2B distribution organizations for 8 years before I realized my mission as a “match maker”. My core areas of professional knowledge and expertise include: demand planning, inventory management, distribution planning, replenishment analysis and S&OP. I also have experience setting up and maintaining relationships with a national 3PL provider. 

 

I am very passionate about Supply Chain so much so, that I have passed all 5 exams and proudly earned my CPIM (APICS) in 2012.  My extensive experience and knowledge of the industry has helped me provide perfect matches for my clients. Ultimately, both candidates and clients are happy with the results.
